I'm trying to make a test patient classify into the numerator of CMS128v3 but cannot get "Medication, Active: Antidepressant Medication ( Cumulative Medication Duration >= 84 days ) <= 114 days ends after start of Occurrence A: Medication, Dispensed: Antidepressant Medication" to work. How do I enter cumulative medication duration? I tried making the start and stop time for the element >84 days apart but that didn't do it. I also made sure the stop time was less than 114 days after the medication was dispensed so I know that's no the problem.
