My team wants to create test patients for every 2014 eCQM and every population within each of those measures. This cannot be done until the issue is resolved.
When I construct a test patient designed to fall into the denominator population of CMS178v4, each piece of logic in the denominator will have the asterisk next to it indicating the logic is satisfied. 'Denominator' will even have the asterisk next to it. However, all the logic remains red and the patient is not considered to be in the denominator. An image is attached.

Edit: Similar problems occur in other measures as well, so I made this issue non-specific to CMS178v4 and am adding additional measures with the problem
