I'm creating a new measure in MAT - titled 'Hospital Harm - Postoperative Venous Thromboembolism', and completed the Measure Detail information. I saved, then logged out. I later logged in, tried to edit the Populations > Numerator field, and got a message that MAT was unable to process the request (see screen shots) when I tried to save the edits. I then noticed that Measure Detail information I had filled in and saved were missing: Measure Steward/Developer and References. I re-entered this information and it Saved successfully. I am trying to edit the Numerator information again, and I continue to get the 'unable to process the request' message, and I once again lost the Measure Steward/Developer information and the References.

I included screenshots of:

• the error message
• the Measure Detail screen which shows the incomplete Measure Steward and References information
• a pdf where I saved the 'View Human Readable' display of the completed Measure Details. You can see the Measure Steward and References information was completed, but now it is no longer in MAT.
