One measure contains one stratification with 2 strata. In MAT tool, stratification creation is under the correct structure as stratum 1 and 2 are under Specification 1. However,  those 2 strata are listed as 2 stratifications in human-readable, which is not aligned with measure intent. Also, same structure is implemented in Bonnie tool as human-readable. 

If we have 2 stratifications and each one contains 2 strata, how will the human-readable structure them according to current display?
