Cannot bring in value set from the VSAC

      I am trying to bring value set 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1029.255 in to the MAT for the above stated measure.  The following an error message is being returned:  Unable to retrieve from VSAC. Please check the data and try again.  I am able to bring other value sets in to the measure with no problem.
