Please see attached screenshots. I encountered some issues when I created a new measure in the MAT. The measure title is  “Oncology: Treatment Summary Communication – Radiation Oncology." I haven’t populated the measure details yet. However, the measure is not displaying properly in the Measure Library and Measure Composer tabs. Additionally,  I got ‘unable to process’ message when I tried to save a CQL definition for this measure.

Are these issues related to the WAF issue mentioned below?
