      I noticed that Bonnie is not displaying a value set name correctly in the Patient History section. For instance, in CMS144, "Condition: Diagnosis: Moderate Or Severe Lvsd" - please see attached as an example. The value set has always been named as "Moderate or Severe LVSD." This impacts multiple test cases for CMS135, CMS144, and CMS145. See the following test cases in CMS144 as examples:

      Fortunately, the issue does not affect measure calculation.
