Unable to update measure due to "Error Loading VSAC Value Sets".  The measure includes draft value sets, so in Bonnie I selected Value Sets: Profile,  with Most Recent Code System Versions in VSAC. Although I select these options in Bonnie, I still get the error message. To troubleshoot, I have selected "Override options with measure defined versions" as well but error message remains. I have also selected and deselected the Draft checkbox also.  

Can someone advise? Thank you.
