I need guidance on how to meet the numerator requirements in Bonnie. I'm fairly new with understanding the "Communication: From Provider To Provider" datatype and attributes, specifically 'id' and 'relatedTo'. 

Here is the numerator logic I'm trying to cover:

Is it possible to either see a Bonnie test that shows me how a patient that meets the numerator is built in Bonnie? I'm not sure what to select/build to meet the numerator. Thank you.
