Scored LOINC code cannot be tested in Bonnie, does not show in measure logic

      If I score the result for LOINC: 89204-2: Assessment: Performed: Patient Health Questionnaire-9: Modified for Teens total score [Reported.PHQ.Teen  - it never shows up as a selected or scored item in the patient logic.  I checked the code with LOINC - its a scored item. 

      All the other assessments score properly.  This code also does not score or show in the logic as a scored in other measures in Bonnie (DSF).  Is it a Bonnie issue or a VSAC issue?
