Bonnie is displaying extra stratifications for CMS160

    • This is a needed fix for 2019 AU. There no significant logic changes to this measure for AU.

      It seems that Bonnie added extra stratifications, labeled as "d, e, f, g, h, i." We only need the first three stratifications listed. I think this issue happened previously with this measure - can you please delete these extra stratifications?
