Lab templates with no result date/time

      When we loaded the export file to test in our application it did not match the outcome we noted in Bonnie, due to the relevant times being populated. 

      For STK-105 example in Bonnie we got outcome of DENOM, but when we load the QRDA file we are getting and outcome of DENEXCEP (due to dates/times in the Lab result template).
      FOR VTE-108 example in Bonnie we got outcome of DENOM, but when we load the QRDA file we are getting and outcome of NUMER (due to dates/times in the Lab result template).

      In building test cases in Bonnie, noted several examples where result date/time was not entered on some lab templates.  So the lab was not evaluated to meet the measure.  

      When I exported the QRDA files, it was noted for those examples that the relevant period date/time was populated in the Lab Result Observation template.  

      Just wanted to check to see if that is correct in populating the relevant date/time on the lab result template or if this is a bug?
