NCQA attempted to load (update) this measure and get an error - had used 'in' Measurement Period instead or 'during' Measurement Period.  However, I was able to successfully upload the same measure into my Bonnie account.  I understand using 'in' is not appropriate use, however, it is grammatically correct.  Is the reason the measure loaded for me because I uploaded it verses updating it?
