I'm using Bonnie-Prior (https://bonnie-prior.healthit.gov) to create test cases for the CY2019 eCQM specs for Eligible Hospitals published in May 2018.

For the STK-3 (CMS71v8) measure I added data for a patient which meets numerator and one which meets Den Exception. The measure calculation displayed is accurate for both patients. When I export the QRDA files it does not include certain data elements i.e. [Procedure Performed: Atrial Ablation, Medication Not Discharged: Anticoagulant therapy, Medication Discharge: Anticoagulant Therapy ]

The exported Excel (attached) has the Medication Discharge but not Procedure Performed: Atrial Ablation.
