The measure references another measure's initial patient population, getting unexpected results in Bonne.

    • We cannot use the functionality to share definitions between measures.

      The Cesarean Birth measure (AKA PC-02) references the Elective Delivery (AKA PC-01) initial patient population.  See human readable file which is attached.  When exported to Bonnie, unexpected results.  PC-01's numerator, denominator and denominator exclusions are showing up in PC-02. 

      I cannot edit any patient cases in Bonnie when the PC-01 initial patient population is referenced.  The patient case will not open.
