Unable to export test cases from Bonnie (production)

      When attempting to export test cases from Bonnie in .xls format getting unexpected results. First couple of tries, received an error message indicating the export failed. More recent tries shows the green box indicating "exporting files". Then the green box goes away, no message indicating error nor if export was successful.
