Our measures CMS 161 and 177 both had 100% passing and 100% coverage, prior to the MAT 5.4 and new Bonnie release (9/11). After the release, both of these measures showed regression in their passing and coverage status. The only change we made in the MAT was converting "diagnosis" to "diagnoses". Bonnie does not appear to recognize and process this change. Please see the screenshots. You can see that there is inconsistency between what is highlighted and what the test case is actually expressing. Both of these measures cannot be tested at this point, until we resolve the issue. Screenshots and measure packages are attached for both of these measures.
