We cannot get measure 138 to calculate. There is an error related to the "same as" logic. Measure 147 has similar logic, and with the help of Lantana, we got it to pass with 100% coverage, after adding test cases, and creating test cases at midnight. However, because 138 won't even calculate, and because I cannot delete the 2 problem cases, we can't experiment with the same approach. We are seeking guidance on this issue. As from what we can tell, there is no work-around for same as logic.
