I have another question related to the hospitalization function and how it is evaluated in Bonnie. This may be related to Bonnie-336, but this scenario is different in that the ED encounter is greater than 1 hour before the IP encounter, and the medication is administered before the IP encounter. I think I expected the definition "Encounter with Antithrombotic Therapy" to evaluate to FALSE, because the intervention occurs before the hospitalization (since the ED encounter is too far out), but it is evaluating to TRUE.
