Logic meant to express various blood pressure results is not producing expected results.

One example is test case "NUMERFail No BPDocumented". No BP results (using Physical Exam, performed) are documented in the test case yet Bonnie is showing many BP results in the logic as true.

The numerator is calculating as true based on the definition "Most Recent BP normal" which is not expected.
