While using a direct reference code, Bonnie requires the user to manually enter the code set and code. Once entered, Bonnie does displayed the expected result, however, the following warning is also displayed:

There are elements in the Patient History that do not use any codes from this measure's value sets:Laboratory Test, Performed:
This warning appears to be inconsistent with what is actually occurring.

Additionally, suggest Bonnie auto-populate the code as is done for other data element using value sets where the first code in the value set list is auto-selected for the user.
