QRDA Export Missing Data for CMS139

      Two patients meeting Denominator Exception criteria are exported without the event and associated Not Done: Medical Reason. However, similar patients appear to be exporting correctly for another team member.

      Patients with missing data: DenExcep_117 CMS139_Falls_Screen and DenExcep_119 CMS139_Falls_Screen (both QRDAs are attached).
      Patient exporting properly: IPP1DenomExcept1.C CMS 139v5 (QRDA attached).
      Also attached are screen prints of the two patients in Bonnie.
