communication provider to patient test cases failing in CQL

    • just looking for more information so I understand what the issue was.

      In CQL-based bonnie environment, all numerator test cases using Communication from Provider to Patient were failing. Was able to resolve failed test cases by adding a new element, and removing what was carried over from QDM-based environment. I have attached documentation showing the issue and how I resolved it. I am just curious why the test cases were different between QDM and CQL.
