Unable to export test cases and WAF issue

      I have tried clearing cach, two different browsers (Chrome & Edge), and exporting from a drafted & versioned status - All fail to export the Test Deck. Additionally, I newly received the WAF error yesterday. The WAF error is also seen in both browsers and blocks me from making edits to the drafted measure. There are no CQL errors, and the test deck runs 100/100/100% (see snapshot).
