      The attached "html-text-with-escaping..." example was agreed to be implemented on July 1, 2025. 

      The attached export "CMS135FHIR..." was received on Dec 16, 2025.

      The HTML escaping does not seem to have been implemented.

      As such, fields like ClinicalRecommendationStatement in CMS135FHIR-v1.0.000-FHIR.xml for example will not display well on the eCQI Resouce Center.
