Good Morning, 

Attempting to evluate the Malnutrtion Measure (CMS 986FHIR) by copiing it into a test measure but in the test measure, the measure test results are different. In TestMeasureAF, the current logic was deleted and logic copied directly from the Malnutrution measure CQL Editor was pasted in, Population Criteria tab was revised to match the critieria in the Malnutrition measure, test cases were deleted and a few selected tests were copied from the actual measure to the TestMeasureAF using the function within MADiE. In TestMeasureAF, this results in no calcuation of the measure observation criteira, see screenshot 1. Screen shot 2 shows, same test case (different #s d/t copying using MADiE tool) with measure observation calculation.

Had a colleague review the measure in TestMeasureAF for accuracy, no discrepencies noted that woud impact the test results, 

Colleague went through the above process creating the Malnutrition measure in her Test Measure (except with all tests copied) which resulted in the same results as in TestMeasureAF. 

Since the above TestMeasures have been used for multiple measures reviews, a new test was created TestMeasureAF2, all tests were copied from the original measure using the MADiE copy component. It results the same as the 2 other test measures. 

Please advise as to why TestMeasureAF2 and Malnutrition Care ScoreFHIR measres evaluate differently.
