Export not Displaying Value Set/data element.

      Hello, 

      Currently my measure CMS 72 when exported removes a value set/ data element from my measure. The value set "INR" is on my CQL and testing properly for test cases. Not sure why the export is removing this value set. This is not a new value set and no updates were made to the title. Attached is the export and screenshots:
