Trying to test with the QRDA files exported out of MADiE, and we noted a issue with some files for CMS1017.  

For the BMI data element (PhysicalExam, Performed), code, codesystem, and codesystem name are missing.  This data element has a direct reference code of 39156-5.

Since the fields are missing in the QRDA, the test patients that include the BMI cannot be evaluated.

I noted that BMI is also a data element for CMS1218 measure.  But when looking at the QRDA files for CMS1218, it looks like the fields noted above are included for BMI. (See attached screen shot)

Do you know why these fields are missing from the QRDA files for CMS1017 measure?  Is it able to be corrected?
