      Hello MADiE Team,

I am reaching out today seeking guidance.

As you’ve heard on Standards Coordination, we have scenarios where following ASTP handoff, the measure developer has versioned their measure to improve their test deck – creating a disconnect between the measure package version that went to ASTP/will go for public comment and the version listed in the test case package that will go for public comment.

                  Example:

                  Measure Package: CMS996FHIR-v2.0.000-FHIR

                  Test Case Package: CMS996FHIR-v2.0.002-FHIR-TestCases

We know that this disconnect truly doesn’t cause a problem – but it is more of a concern of optics for the public.

What do you recommend to get these aligned – knowing that the measure package that was delivered to ASTP is the package that must go for public comment?

How can we roll back the version number, without losing the improvements made to the test deck?

      We appreciate your guidance.

      Thank you,

      Kim
