The mappings are off with the returned actuals. The first encounter’s (by date) for actual results Measure Group 3 and Measure Group 4 are mapped to MO2 and the second encounters are mapped to MO1. This can be seen in several test cases such as #89, #124. Images and attachments are embedded in the tab called "Attachments for Issue 1".
