I reverted my changes regarding the measurement period to 2026 and shifted the test case dates back minus one year. After doing so all the test cases are passing, even with invalid dates present. In one of the test case examples you provided, NUMERFail - MMRMoreThan730DAfterDOB, one of the elements shows a missing date. Our team was able to review our old test case export for CMS117. We see a time documented in this test case for this exact element. Please see screenshots below. It looks like some data is missing from the test cases that were present before. We would appreciate your guidance.
