I am trying to edit a test case but unable to do so. Please advise. Thank you.

Below are info about the measure:
eCQM Title: Diagnostic Delay of Venous Thromboembolism in Primary Care (version 1.2.000)

CMS ID: 1173

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. From test cases panel, select Case #1, then click on Edit button
2. Select Encounters tab
3. From the "Encounter, Performed" with Timing on 06/10/2027 8:00AM, click on the triple dots icon and select "edit element" icon. The encounter form is not editable as expected.
