We’ve observed unexpected failures in test cases for the following measures:

• CMS146 – Appropriate Testing for PharyngitisFHIR (Measure ID: 9012731d-f909-4733-aca5-b14e66fe9acd)

• CMS154 – Appropriate Treatment for Upper Respiratory InfectionFHIR (Measure ID: 25892635-c2b4-4c29-a351-ef60797c3bd5)

The test cases for these measures had previously passed successfully, and no changes have been made to the measure content since that time that would have resulted in this change. We’re hoping to identify the cause of these sudden failures.

We are working under a submission deadline this week and would greatly appreciate any insight or support to help identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
