When I try to export test cases from NHSN Glycemic Control Hypoglycemia Initial Population measure it is only exporting 10 at a time (out of 80).  It appears to be exporting whichever page is open when the export is created.  In addition, I am unable to select the test cases I want to export.  If I individually select all of the test cases on one page and then move to the next page to select further test cases, it automatically checks the select all button and all of the rest of the test cases.  If I click select all and then try to unselect a few cases that are not wanted in the export it will randomly uncheck other test cases on other pages.  It is making it extremely difficult to get either a complete export or a custom export.  I tested this functionality on one of the other measures I work on and it is doing the same thing so it does not appear to be measure specific.
