In the CQL editor, no DRCs are present; no code declarations.

In the human readable, there are 9 'Direct Reference Code' fields.

In the logic, there are many references to code descriptors – some of which are in the header, some that are not.

In summary, there seems to be an issue with how single codes are pulled into the header 'Direct Reference Code' field. These codes are all from shared libraries as the measure has no code declarations. Some listed in the logic are included in the direct reference code fields, some are not. Further, there are some codes in the direct reference code fields that are NOT in the logic.  Overall, many discrepancies in this area.

This measure is provided as an example, and I assume this is true of other measures. Look to others to confirm this assumption.

      Please advise.

Will likely require discussion of how this impacts ASTP handoff and Public Comment.
