Test cases for CMS1017 that were previously passing are now failing in MADiE following the recent update. It appears the issue is related to the timing and calculation of hospitalization days.

Our measure observation is designed to count the total number of hospitalization days for the entire encounter. However, after the update, MADiE seems to be counting one day fewer than the full hospitalization period, which is causing the test cases to fail.
