Having the ability to test library content outside of measure-specific contexts would allow users to efficiently validate the discrete definitions and functions that are intended to be reused and shared across multiple measures.

Currently, library content cannot be tested independently; it can only be tested within the context of a measure. There are several potential workarounds at this time, such as copy-pasting the content of the library into a temporary/dummy measure where test cases can be created, or adding/modifying test cases in measures that utilize the library.
Note - this potential enhancement was a topic of discussion during the June 2025 MADiE User Group Call on 6/12, and the meeting participants agreed that this enhancement would be beneficial. I've pasted a screenshot from the meeting below.
