In test cases 109 and 110, testing actions occurring in ED/Obs encounter immediately prior to the qualifying encounter, the encounter codes for ED (4525004) and Obs (448951000124107) in the function for logic -  MalnutritionRiskScreening.effective.toInterval ( ) during QualifyingEncounter.hospitalizationWithObservation()- are not executing correctly. The interval is not extending to the start time of these encounters as expected. When we test switching the code to a different encounter code not within the hospitalizationWithObservation(), the case executes correctly.
