No Highlighting for Measure Group 2

      There are two (2) measure calculations for CMS1028/PC-07. Test case #81 NUMPass - EncProcEQSevereMatMorbidity, should pass both numerators, but the second measure group is not. When I try to review the highlighting coverage, "No results available" is seen. Without this, I am not able to troubleshoot what is wrong.
