      A specific measure test case is being incorrectly counted under both the numerator exclusion and denominator exclusion, when it should only be included in the denominator exclusion.

      In MADiE, the results show that the denominator exclusion definition correctly highlights the specific encounter, while the numerator exclusion displays a result of "UNHIT."
