Our team was experiencing issues exporting our QI-Core measures earlier today.  We were only able to export once we changed the measure name from "Emergency Care Access & Timeliness (HOQR)" to "Emergency Care Access and Timeliness (HOQR)" ["&" to "and"]. This change in measure title will cause the FHIR version of the measures to be different from the QDM versions, and what is submitted through rulemaking (this issue affects two program candidate measures), which is not ideal. We've resorted to using "and" for now to allow us to export, but it would be great if future MADiE releases would allow use of "&" so that we can revert our measure name back to what it's supposed to be. This issue affects two of our QI-Core measures - "Emergency Care Access and Timeliness (HOQR) FHIR" and "Emergency Care Access and Timeliness (REHQR) FHIR". Please let us know in the chance that we are mistaken and that the issue with exporting is caused by a different issue altogether.
