Supposed to minor version before exporting for QA review but doing so breaks all tests
Following guidance from Mathematica to revert the CQMCommon library version back to 4.0.000 then test measure then minor version before exporting.
I created a draft of CMS1074 measure named Excessive Radiation Dose or Inadequate Image Quality for Diagnostic Computed Tomography in Adults - Facility IQR FHIR
Then I edited the CQL to change the version back to CQMCommon 4.0.000 and saved CQL. Then just to make sure I ran all tests and had 100% passing and 100% coverage. Then I minor versioned the measure to prepare for export. After minor versioning the measure I now get 21% test passing and 0% coverage with no changes to the code or the tests. Clearly the minor versioning has caused something to break.
