Unable to meet Denom Exception criteria - possible Bonnie bug

      Unable to set up a patient to meet the denominator exception criteria, despite having the logic expressed per MAT Support (Issue #191244). There are 4 attachments:

      • Copy of the Support Issue
      • Screenshots/workflow of attempts to meet denom exception criteria in Bonnie
      • QRDAs/patients exported out of Bonnie (see in particular patient 10_OCM12_IPP1Den1Except1.L)
      • Measure artifacts

      Resolution would be be able to have a Bonnie test patient meet the denom exception criteria. Unsure if this is a user error or a Bonnie bug. Thank you.
