Prior shared library included in measure package

      Hello, 

      We have updated our measures so that CQMCommonQDM9.0 is now used as the global shared library. However, when exporting our first measure (CMS56v13.3.0, I noticed that both CQMCommonQDM9.0 and MATGlobalCommonFunctionsQDM8.0 are included in the resources folder. Is this expected? MATGlobalCommonFunctionsQDM8.0 has been removed from the measure CQL.
