Upon reviewing test case exports on 2/13, it was noted that several measures were no longer 100% passing. Test case exports from 2/11 and before show that passing was previously 100%.
One workaround has worked: Expected check boxes in the Expected/Actual tab were cleared in some test cases. When data are re-entered and saved, test cases pass.
