Hello, 

Last night while working in "Test and Demo" measure (https://madie.cms.gov/measures/667207c2a1bbf46ad8e7d6b4/edit/details/   a00cebbb-9a59-4897-ac5a-0a21cc41f0ea), I hit the browser refresh button because the page would not move from the CQL Editor page to the Population Criteria page, after the refresh and the Population Criteria page displayed, I changed the Base Configuration to 'no' for Patient basis before noticing that refresh had taking me to the "Addressing Social Needs Merit Based Incentive Payment System in the Outpatient Setting Part 1 of 4 Food Domain" measure where population basis is patient basis. I switch it back to patient basis 'yes' but the tests will not pass the IP criteria. I have removed, saved and added back the population criteria but the measure is not calculating correctly.  Please advise. 

Also, the issue of being in one ASN domain measure and refresh taking me to another domain, has occurred several times over the past few weeks, is there something different then hitting the browser refresh button for MADiE to become functional again?
