MADiE Release notes for 2.0.8  say it is supposed to be using 3.18.0 for QI-Core measures.  I opened a draft QI-Core measure and it said 3.14.0, so I exported it, extracted the ELM from the Library resource, and it says translatorVersion is 3.14.0.

I then edited the CQL (added a comment), and saved it, but it still says 3.14.0.

I then versioned that draft measures, and the versioned measure still says 3.14.0.

I then created a draft from that versioned measure, and the new draft still says 3.14.0.
