2. Test cases tab/ Run tests/Export Test cases/select QRDA

Actual result: The error message is displayed as "Unable to Export QRDA. Please try again. If the issue continues, please contact helpdesk." See the screenshot for more info.
Expected result: a zip file is exported.

Notes:
1. All other measures work as expected.
2. I checked all the elements - all have codes.
