Error updating header information in QDM Hybrid measures

    • I am unable to make changes to the header in either measure. I will need to be able to do this before Round 2.

      I am trying to make some header updates to the Rationale, Guidance, and SDE sections on the QDM HWR and HWM hybrid measures.  When I try to save my changes I get the following error message.  I was able to make the changes to the FHIR versions of the measures without difficulty.  The Measure Name and URL for the second measure (first measure info in ticket fields):
