      Hello,

We are preparing EC measures for Round 1 logic review and found that value sets included in the measures are not displaying in the human readable versions of the measures once exported from MADiE.

      Examples:

CMS135: incudes value sets for Medical Reason (2.16.840.1.113883.3.526.3.1007) and Patient Reason for ACE Inhibitor or ARB Decline (2.16.840.1.113883.3.526.3.1140) but are not included in the human readable or in the XML file.

CMS144: includes value set for Atrioventricular Block (2.16.840.1.113883.3.526.3.362) but value set is not included in the exported files. For this measure, I deleted the value set, added it back, and reexported the measure, but the issue has persisted.
